I ask because I have had quite a few Harrison plugins and bundles as well as full licenses for MixBus and 32C for a long time. Good grief where did that come from? That does not read well at all. In your place I would delete the whole post as a mistake. How is it that a Mixbus user does not know what the MB contains? Why not download it yourself and see? It is free! If you cannot recommend a plugin, a reverb, free or cheep how can you be taken seriously recommending a full DAW? (07-17-2019, 01:59 PM)Tassy Wrote: Your question is a bit strange. Its free, it has a nice UI and lots of very usable presets to get you going ( ). Lately I have been using the Oril River reverb and it is very good. If you want other free alternatives you can comb through the free vst sites (vstplanet, vst4free, etc). I haven't used them myself, so I can't comment on them. Hi Don, yes Mixbus does come with the Ardour a-reverb and a-delay. Now that I think about it, maybe the Cockos reverb plugin would show up in MixBus?

For example, I had to Google how to select a range in a media item. As cool as it is, I think Reaper has more of that to handle than any other DAW. That's great of course, but I really think it would be helpful for her to see the fundamental tools and concepts in MixBus first, where it's just laid out so clearly and there are less DAW logistics to deal with. I have a friend who is getting into all this and she currently has a Reaper trial.
